Welcome to OceanURL! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain your rights and responsibilities when using the OceanURL platform (“Service”). By creating an account or using OceanURL in any way, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About OceanURL
OceanURL (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an online platform that helps merchants create simple storefronts, share product links, accept payments, and manage orders.
We are based in Muscat, Oman.
2. Eligibility
By using OceanURL, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally able to enter into binding agreements.
If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you have the authority to do so.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information.
Keeping your password secure.
All activity that happens under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
4.1 OceanURL Subscription Payments
Subscription payments for OceanURL plans are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s billing processes, policies, and renewal terms.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4.2 Third-Party Payment Gateways for Your Store
Store owners may connect their own payment providers. Currently supported:
Stripe
PayPal
Tap Payments
You must create and activate your own accounts with these providers. OceanURL does not charge any extra transaction fees for using third-party payment gateways.
However:
Each payment provider may have its own fees, policies, and compliance requirements.
You are responsible for complying with their terms.
OceanURL does not handle or store sensitive payment information from your customers.
5. Your Responsibilities as a Store Owner
You agree to:
Sell only lawful products and services.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and policies.
Fulfill orders you receive through your store.
Comply with all relevant laws, including tax laws in your country.
You are fully responsible for your business operations, customer relationships, and any disputes that may arise.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use OceanURL for:
Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
Selling prohibited goods (e.g., weapons, drugs, counterfeit items).
Abusing or disrupting the platform (e.g., spamming, hacking, scraping).
Violating intellectual property rights.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
OceanURL owns all rights to the platform, including design, features, branding, and software.
You own the content you upload but grant OceanURL a license to display and use it for operating your store.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep OceanURL running smoothly, but we do not guarantee:
Continuous, uninterrupted service
Error-free performance
That features will always remain the same
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
OceanURL is not responsible for any loss of revenue, customers, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the Service.
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to OceanURL in the past 12 months.
Some regions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Termination
You may stop using OceanURL at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the platform
We believe your activities may cause harm or legal risk
Upon termination, your access to your store and any associated data may be disabled.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will post the updated version on the website. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the new Terms.
